CHOICE A: Practicing The Way Course
AUGUST 20 - OCTOBER 15 (Mens and Womens classes)
$16 for book, possible scholarships available (see Janey).
Practicing the Way is an eight week course that builds/expands a strong foundation for lifelong apprenticeship with Jesus. This is for the new as well as seasoned believer. Similar to studies like Experiencing God, this will help you grow closer to God and others as you work to find new rhythms of life that will increase intimacy with The Father. It does have some at-home work, but it is made to be as involved as you can be with no guilt attached!
October 29 - November 19
Practicing The Way has four weeks of follow up studies on various spiritual disciplines. Your class will have the opportunity to pick one and take a deep dive for four weeks and study things like prayer, fasting, sabbath, solitude, generosity, and more.
December 3 - December 17
Derwin Grey has a five session advent study on RightNow Media that you and your class will choose three sessions to help prepare your hearts for Christmas.
$16 for book, possible scholarships available (see Janey).

CHOICE B: JAMES (Francis Chan, RNM)
AUGUST 20 - NOVEMBER 19 (Mens and Womens classes)
This no-cost 12 week study speaks to the realities of a roll-up-your- sleeves and get-your-hands-dirty discipleship that is born out of an authentic relationship with the risen Lord. Francis Chan unpacks the dense truth contained in the book of James and works through it verse-by-verse, challenging followers of Christ to move beyond a private, intellectual knowledge of God and His Word, to a vibrant faith that impacts every square inch of life.

AUGUST 20 - NOVEMBER 19 (co-ed class)
$100 for the class, possible scholarships available (see Janey).
This 12 week study created by Dave Ramsey helps individuals control their money, eliminate debt, and build wealth. It covers topics like budgeting, saving, investing, and planning for the future using a faith-based step-by-step approach. Through videos, discussion, and practical tools, participants learn to create lasting financial habits that lead to long-term stability.
DECEMBER 3 - DECEMBER 17

MomLife is a national organization that offers Bible studies for moms with kids birth through high school. This year’s curriculum focuses on Psalm 23 and John chapter 10. For more information on this great program that is Wednesday mornings from 9-11am, OR Wednesday nights during our regular discipleship time, see SABC.org/Momlife.

Begins Aug. 20 in Student Center room 103 - 6:45pm until 7:15pm
We have a prayer sheet for you to follow that guides anyone, but specifically parents, through a time of prayer for our church, and over our kids and students.
