Hermeneutics: A Study of the Science and Art of Interpreting Biblical Literature taught by Chuck Guill
JANUARY 14 - APRIL 29 (Both men and women together)
This class is a part of a certificate course where there will be discussion of context, observation of details of grammar, genre, textual criticism, figures of speech, symbols, parables, narrative, and prophecy. The student practices the discovery of the meaning of passages and the writing of accurate, contemporary applications from Scripture. Come grow deeper, ask big questions, and discover how to interpret the Bible with clarity and confidence! Students will have textbooks with written and reading assignments. The class is geared to any believer with a sincere desire to begin or deepen their ability to interpret the Bible. Cost for the three textbooks is $57 and will be due after the class begins.
